Universitas Kebangsaan Republik Indonesia (UKRI) is a higher education institution rooted in the history of Institut Teknologi Adityawarman (ITA), which was established on August 15, 1985, by the Budhi Dharma Pradesa Foundation in Bandung. Since October 23, 1991, UKRI has been under the auspices of the Yayasan Pendidikan Kebangsaan and later established its own campus at Jl. Terusan Halimun No. 37, Bandung, West Java.
UKRI was founded upon the noble vision of Prof. Dr. Sumitro Djojohadikusumo to contribute to the development of Indonesia through education, knowledge, and human resource development. Driven by this vision, UKRI continues to provide broad opportunities for the younger generation to access quality education and become individuals who contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the nation.
